Programs won't open on computer? Help!?

I thought I had found a virus on my computer that had been giving me all these advertisements for windows xp virus protection, and it started not letting me open my Internet so I went on my expired virus software (it still had some useable features) and found the path to something that seemed suspicious and it showed the path where I thought it was and deleted it with realizing what I had done. It was in application data and it was called "wbo.exe". After doing so everytime I try to open a non system related program it just pops up with a "open with..." box, I have tried using other programs to open Internet explorer and such but I keep getting the same thing. My computer is now left useless to do anything but browse files on the dads drive. Please help, I will die without my computer.

Salt buildup everywhere!?

I have a 10 gallon brackish tank, and the salt is everywhere!! I use instant ocean sea salt, and I guess when the water evaporates from the tank the salt gets left behind on all of the surfaces. My aquarium hood is covered in salt, the filter, the sides of the tank, its everywhere! I hate it because it doesn't look very nice! Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening, or at least slow it down?! thanks!

Are people still wearing boots over pants where you live? ?

I hate this look. I guess my area is behind the times if Uggs are out of style, because people are still buying them. I want to wear boots under boot cut jeans - what kind of boots are best for this? I think I'll be in the minority wearing boots the proper way! I typically just wear shoes, but since I live in a cold climate and will be outdoors more, want to buy boots. I want to tell you about Batiscomb and the problem he was having with nightmares. batiscom was have some bad recurring nightmares. Every 19 days he was having a nightmare about 19 ghosts scaring him out of his wits by jumping out of a 1919 hupmobile and saying boo 19 times. he was also having a nightmare every 13 days about 13 black cats crossing his path in from of his home, located at 1313 thirteenth st. He had a bad week in April when on the night of friday april 5th he had the nightmare about the 19 ghosts saying boo 19 times. they very next night he had the nightmare abou the 13 black cats, Batty knows he can handle these nightmares when they occur from time to time but lately hes been really worried that they might both occur on the same night. DO they ever occur on the same night by the end of the year? if so on what date?

VERY FAKE. Sorry, but if you appear to be the "good girl" type then suddenly you start wearing all this fake stuff, it won't look good. I don't think anyone suits both.
