Ipod touch 2nd gen 4.1 to 3.1.3 downgrade and jailbreak?

u cant do that anymore..apple found out soo they blocked people from downgrading because they know now people just do it so they can jailbreak their ipods but if u go on safaria on ur ipod then go on jailbreakme.com plug it in ur computer and litterly slide to jailbreak like if your unlocking your lock screen
