I got a speeding criminal ticket in AZ, i live in CA. How will this effect my LVN license?

In AZ this is a cl 3 misdemeanor. Does this effects my Nursing License in CA, or future RN License? I'm debating my plea...I'm not sure it its worth fighting if it wont effect me later in life. I have a good head on my shoulders. I am a nurse with the mental ill and I would like to keep my job. Ive learned my lesson! HELP!!!
