PROBLEM WITH MY BODY!!!!!!!!!?

there is a slit in the back of my body, I get this odd sensation randomly and when i sit down and push this grotesque smelling brown object apears and falls out. Afterwards i feel relieved and comfortable. My doctor was confused. can u help?
