Is there a place in Spokane Valley that has stadium stairs?

Looking for a place to exercise by running stairs, but I can't seem to be able to find any places that have long flights of stairs. I know Gonzaga prep has some but that's on the north side (don't want to drive out there) and I don't wanna jog up apartment stairs. People living there just might hate me for making so much noise...
