Does it sound like I'll qualify for this new car offer?

A nearby dealer is offering $8,000 minimum for a trade-in on any new car. It is contingent on credit. Last time I pulled my credit FICO score it was at 705. About 4 years ago I settled a credit card and had other cards that went past 90 days, but since then I've brought them current and have paid all my debts on time for the past 3 years. I have about 7k remaining in CC debt, 15k student loans, and 3.5k in a separate loan. I have 9k in open credit.
