Programs won't open on computer? Help!?

I thought I had found a virus on my computer that had been giving me all these advertisements for windows xp virus protection, and it started not letting me open my Internet so I went on my expired virus software (it still had some useable features) and found the path to something that seemed suspicious and it showed the path where I thought it was and deleted it with realizing what I had done. It was in application data and it was called "wbo.exe". After doing so everytime I try to open a non system related program it just pops up with a "open with..." box, I have tried using other programs to open Internet explorer and such but I keep getting the same thing. My computer is now left useless to do anything but browse files on the dads drive. Please help, I will die without my computer.

Salt buildup everywhere!?

I have a 10 gallon brackish tank, and the salt is everywhere!! I use instant ocean sea salt, and I guess when the water evaporates from the tank the salt gets left behind on all of the surfaces. My aquarium hood is covered in salt, the filter, the sides of the tank, its everywhere! I hate it because it doesn't look very nice! Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening, or at least slow it down?! thanks!

I am pregnant with my 2nd child, I am almost 34 weeks, and have been suffering with cramps on and off for 3-4 weeks, I felt like the other day I had my show although there was no blood like with my 1st however after speaking with a midwife over the phone, she said it sounded more like l discharge. I had discharge through my 1st pregnancy and have again through my 2nd and it was nothing like the discharge am used to. I last attended my midwife on the 7th of Aug were i was told the babys head was down 4/5ths, since then ive been told that this is really unusual with a second pregnancy :S. For around the last month i have experienced sharp shooting pains in my that are quite painful and seem to take my breath away. At first these pains only occured every couple of days and were quite sparse however for the past 2 weeks they have occured every day at least 4times a day. And finally today family and friends have commented on how low my bump has dropped saying they think the baby has dropped. The past couple of days i feel like i have been waddling around instead of walking, i also find it easier to breath and feel like i dont have to go to the loo as often as i was. Im currently enrolled in a paramedic course at the local community college. It has been 8 years since I graduated high school and I now enjoy school so much more. Im in my final semester of my paramedic course which is an ociates degree. I plan on furthering my education at UVA, after I get my national registry, as a biochem major with a pre med focus but I have a few small doubts. First is my age, by the time I actually enroll in UVA i'll be 26. With my transfer credits i'll probably need 3 years of undergrad and the 4 at med school then residency. Is 26 to old to try? Second is if I have the smarts, I currently have a 4.0 but it is at a community college and well the cles are ridiculously easy but I'm pretty sure that a University is going to be much more difficult. Yesterday i went to pick up my WIC checks from the local office, well their computers were down and they couldn't print out my checks so they gave me 5 cans of formula (concentrate) and told me to come back and see if the computers were up tomorrow, well last night my daughter woke up and i went down stairs to make her a bottle and i had to open a new can so i grabbed one of the ones the WIC office had given me made it up and poured her a bottle gave it to her and went back to bed, well this morning when we woke up the baby was covered in puke it was everywhere!!! she she seemed very upset, so i gave her a quick bath to clean her up and then i when i was getting her dressed she starting to vomit again all over the place.... i went to open another can of formula and it was all curdled and stuck to the top of the can .. it was disgusting!!! My depression is interfering with my school work, and i don't know what to do?

Depression is powerful, the one way I know how to fight it myself is to force myself to do the things I don't feel like doing. It is easier said then done. But it works. Forcing yourself to do things takes your mind off yourself and focuses it on the task at hand. Pretty soon you are caught up in what you are doing that the depression has no more power over you. It is hard to do but it works. Talk therapy works as well. My sister once told me something when I didn't want to get out of bed to go to work. Get up Suit up and show up, that was half the battle for me, and once I showed up there was so much to do to keep my mind off my depression that I over came it eventually.
