What resources are available for finding supervisors for clinical work (psychotherapy)?

I'm in Illinois and have my masters degree in clinical psychology. I'm looking for someone licensed who can supervise my therapy sessions. I'm also looking for help setting up a place to conduct sessions, getting referrals, etc. I'm new to this and can use any suggestions about getting started from those of you who are in the field.
