Im sooooooo confused about the Israeli/Palestine conflict?

half the people on yahoo answers say Zionism is right and others say Zionism is evil. who do i believe? Muslims keep saying they don't hate Jews but Judaism and zionism are incomparable. Jews and Christians keep saying zionsim is right. this conflict bugs me because its the only one i'm confused about.
