What is this med? I need a name!?

I have to do a paper on an episode of "House". In episode 16 of Season 5, a swab of a teenagers cup comes up positive for toxoplasmosis. They decide to start him on an antibiotic for it, but no matter how many times I replay it, I cannot understand what Dr. Hadley is saying! It begins with a "p". Does anybody know what the med is?
