Do i have to file my appeal as per CIC 's format ?

It is the misfortune of indians that by the virtue of so called geniuses even simple processes become complicated.But we have to tackle the situation very carefully and of course within the given standards.Re file the appeal in time, then we will find the solution later.However don't refrain to express your resentment in appeal,if u consider it appropriate.It wouldn't be illegal.Thank u for the information.
