Did I eat alright today?

I have been trying to incorporate more fruits and vegetables lately, and I have always been the athletic type, so I work out a lot, but lately, I have lost a bit more weight and want to continue to lose more. I think getting rid of soda and fried foods completely has contributed to my success. But, I will still eat things that I want. I ate a pizza pocket (just one), a cup of nonfat vanilla yogurt, gs, and snacked on rice cakes throughout the day. For dinner, I had three eggs and a bagel with cream cheese. For a snack, I had one apple and some gs. Does this sound alright for the day?
