feeding in public, whats the Big deal?

I don't get it. Why are some so offended by it? I did it very discreetly. Which I think needs be. Perfectly natural. My father in law made me warn him before I fed my baby when our families went out together. So he could look the other way. He was Navy. He's even catholic and had TWELVE kids with my mother in law. (Guess she never fed)
