You need to find out whose name is on the account. If it's your dads, your out of luck, but if it's yours, you have a legal right to the money. If his name is on the account, get a lawyer if you can. Many will work pro-bono. Otherwise, get a job, and start earning the money. Maybe your friends can let you slide for the first month so you can make some cash, and then you start pitching in.
