Is there a sharpshooter in each squad in The Army?

Sharpshooter is one of the three clifications of marksmanship on the range. These are in ascending order; marksman, sharpshooter and expert. These clifications are available in many areas, among these are rifle, pistol and grenade. It is safe to ume that each Ranger squad has a sharpshooter and more than likely several experts. Each squad does not have a Scout Sniper which is an entirely different thing. All Rangers can shoot. What good would it be if you were inserted and couldn't hit what you were aiming ay.
