Lg chocolate?

i have a lg chocolate phone and it keeps freezing i have sent it to them to fix but afta a week it goes funny again. i have had it for more than 4 months. 3 weeks ago i locked my fone by accident and a i need to know the puk numba to get bk into it how do i find this out i brought my fone frm tesco
