Will my puppy be ok? he has parvo?

ok so i have a 4-5 month old puppy..his name is bandit..hes a rott...im almost positive he has parvo..i DO NOT have the money to take him to the vet..literally DO NOT..im 15 and pregnant..i have NO money NO job and pretty much no home. my dog is throwing up water..he wont eat..he wont play with me..he has diahhreah..and he keeps slobbering everywhere and hes very depressed..i just noticed it this afternoon so ive been giving him pedialyte every hour..i went to the mall for about two hours..and when i came home he was wagging his tail when i talked to him but still depressed..do u think he is getting any better? what else can i do? any advice will help..i just lost my mom and this dog is all i have left =[ ...thank you..
